If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number.
- Your reason for returning.
- If you’d like store credit or a refund.
We will then send you a return label to print.
If you wish to use your own shipping service, please send returns to:

- Orders can be returned within 21 days of your order ship date.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
- All items must be unused and in original packaging. (Plastic cellophane not applicable, because we know how hard it is to put those back on!)
- Maisie Lane Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If this does occur, please contact the applicable shipping service. Please also keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days after processing to appear in your account.
We understand how much of a downer it is to get something you weren’t expecting. If there is a problem with your order for the above reasons, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. If your item is defective or damaged, please send a photo in your email. We will work with you to come to a resolution!
